Frequently asked questions
Booking times, prices, vehicles, driver hours and cross-border trips. Can’t find your answer? Message us on WhatsApp.
How is waiting time or extra time charged?
Your quote states the service hours included. If your plans run longer, extra time is charged by the hour at the rate shown in your quote.
We are a travel company outside the USA and Canada. Can we book with you?
Yes. Send us the program and group size by email or WhatsApp, and we reply with a clear quote for every transfer and touring day.
Do you meet international flights?
Yes. Your driver meets the group in the arrivals area after customs with a name sign. Send us the flight numbers so we can plan the pickup around your arrival time.
Can private travelers book a vehicle with a driver?
Yes. Families and small groups from abroad book sedans, SUVs and Sprinter vans with a driver for airport transfers, day trips and multi-day touring.
How far ahead should we book?
For coaches in peak season (spring break, summer, holidays, cruise days), 4–8 weeks ahead is best. Sprinters and SUVs can often be arranged within a few days.
What is included in the price?
Each quote lists what is included, such as driver, fuel, tolls, parking, and driver meals and lodging on multi-day trips. Gratuity is not included unless stated.
Can you provide the vehicle our group needs?
Yes. Tell us your group size, luggage and route, and we arrange the right vehicle type and size for your trip. Everything is confirmed in your quote.
How do you handle long driving days?
Commercial drivers have legal limits on driving and duty hours. We check every itinerary and suggest a second driver or an adjusted schedule when a day is too long.
What are the deposit and cancellation terms?
Terms depend on the vehicle and date and are stated in your quote.
Can you put our company name on the driver sign?
Yes, on request. Travel companies can also ask for white-label service with no AHL Charter Bus marketing to their guests.
Can you arrange trips between the USA and Canada?
Yes. Routes such as Vancouver – Seattle and Toronto – Buffalo can run with one vehicle across the border. For other itineraries, we arrange a vehicle on each side and a planned handover at the border, so your group continues without delay. Every guest needs valid travel documents for both countries.
Planning a group trip?
Send us your dates, route and group size. We reply with a clear quote, usually within one business day.
