Planning a group trip in the Rockies

  • Park passes: visitors to Banff and Jasper National Parks need a park pass. We tell you what applies to your group.
  • Book summer early: June to September and Stampede week are the busiest times for coaches in Alberta.
  • Mountain weather: conditions change quickly, especially from October to April, so we plan extra time on mountain roads.

Can you pick up at Calgary International Airport (YYC)?

Yes. Your driver meets the group with a name sign and helps with luggage, then takes you to Calgary, Canmore, Banff or Lake Louise.

Can a coach take our group to Moraine Lake?

Moraine Lake Road is closed to private vehicles, and access is by shuttle or commercial bus during the season the road is open. Tell us your dates and we will plan the best option.

Do you handle multi-day Rockies tours?
